Cookie Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Loft & Bungalow ("we," "our," or "us") uses cookies on our website. We keep this to a minimum: we do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own site rather than loaded from a third party.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to website owners.
How We Use Cookies
We only use cookies that are essential to operate the site securely. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your browsing data.
Cookies We Use
| Source | Purpose | When It Is Set |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Protects our contact and subscribe forms from spam and abuse | Only when you use a form |
| Google Maps | Displays our workshop location on the Contact page | Only if you choose to load the map |
Third-Party Services
The only third-party content that can set cookies is:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly, no-tracking tool that protects our forms from spam. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page does not load automatically. It loads only if you click to view it, and Google may then set cookies. See the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not control cookies set by these third parties. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information.
Analytics (Without Cookies)
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic and performance. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across other websites. Because it sets no cookies, it does not require consent. You can review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more detail.
Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in several ways:
- Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to refuse or accept cookies. You can also delete cookies that have already been set. Please note that blocking cookies may impact your experience on our website.
- Browser-Specific Instructions:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and site permissions
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Currently, there is no standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted. Our website does not currently respond to DNT signals.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Cookie Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
